Eastern Solar System : Addler Planet

A planet that on the chart looks like a moon of Delta Belun, but is in fact a sister planet on an orbit a fraction closer to the sun. For this reason, Addler's climate is extremely dry and was made suitable for human habitation only after a terrestial reclamation project of huge proportions.

Its historical development is thus much younger than that of Delta Belun, characterized by a freer, if not at times chaotic, atmosphere of many ethnic groups and mostly autonomous regional unions and republics.
